Position Summary
The Department of Psychology at Central Michigan University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor position effective August 2015. Level of appointment is commensurate with qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will join a department with 34 faculty members as a member of the School Psychology Program of six faculty. CMU's School Psychology Specialist Program is NASP approved and the Doctoral Program is APA accredited. Expected duties include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses, serving on theses and dissertation committees, conducting research, and providing service to the department, university, and profession.
Required Qualifications
An earned doctorate in school psychology. ABDs will be considered; however, the candidate must complete a doctoral degree within one year of appointment. Evidence of research productivity for the appropriate level through peer-reviewed journal publications, book chapters, and books. Candidates should be eligible for licensure as a psychologist in the state of Michigan.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate from an APA accredited program. Higher education teaching and student advising experience at the graduate level. Evidence of successful activity related to securing external research funding.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
