Office Professional - Mount Pleasant
Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Mid-Michigan is looking for someone to take care of our customers needs when they phone into our office.
We would like someone who has experience in the customer service field. Applicant must be very good at multi-tasking. They should be able to answer a multi line phone. They should be familiar with all of the Microsoft Office programs. They should be familiar with social media marketing. Experience with QuickBooks would be a definite plus.
Some training will be necessary on our proprietary computer software.
This is a full time position. You will be required to work some nights and weekends. Our office is open until 10:
00 PM Monday - Sunday.
Pay is hourly based on experience level.
EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
