Sustaining Engineering Supervisor
Our client is seeking a strong Sustaining Engineer who is looking for their first step into Engineering Management. The Engineering Supervisor will manage the Sustaining Engineering functions and will lead a team performing Cost Reductions, Quality Improvements, and Product Enhancements.
Major responsibilities include these and managing engineering performing these roles:
Participation as an active member of product development teams
Material / component qualification and selection
Engineering analysis (such as simulation, finite element analysis, CFD)
Model shop coordination
Key Competencies:
Familiarity with PC based Windows programs (Excel, Word, Access, etc.).
Pro-E Experience
Education/
Experience:
Minimum BS in Engineering required (BSME preferred.) Associates considered with experience.
Minimum 3-5 years Sheetmetal design experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
