Multi Serve, Inc. is a well-established and growing General Contractor with locations throughout the Midwest. We are currently expanding and are looking for qualified Residential Painter to be a part of our painting team.
We offer year round full time (Monday through Friday) work with opportunity for overtime at a competitive wage. Full benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance. We also provide a company vehicle, as well as paid training and certifications. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting including filling cracks, small holes and fixing joints.
Protect surfaces with masking materials.
Apply paint and other finishes to both interior and exterior of buildings using sprayer, brushes and rollers.
Requirements:
1
years residential painting experience
A valid & clean driver's license / pass a motor vehicle check / background check.
Good communication / interpersonal skills while providing quality customer service.
Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within allotted time frame
Able to work well with others as well as independently, with little or no supervision.
Superb attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Provide own hand tools.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
